IIM Kozhikode has launched a new 'Stayin Alive Entrepreneurship Fellowship' for its students who are passionate about business and wish to start their own venture. Check IIMK Live admission process and guidelines here.
Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode has introduced a new Stayin Alive Entrepreneurship Fellowship to promote and enhance entrepreneurship in the campus. As a part of this fellowship programme at IIM Kozhikode, candidates who have launched their own start-up will be offered a grant of up to Rs.50,000 a month for a year.
Staying Alive Entrepreneurship Programme is a joint effort by IIM Kozhikode's Laboratory for Innovation, Venturing & Entrepreneurship (LIVE) and IIMK Entrepreneurship Development Center along with the institute's alumni association i.e. IIMKAA.
IIM Kozhikode Entrepreneurship Fellowship Eligibility
Second-year postgraduate programme (PGP) students of IIM Kozhikode who have a business idea and are planning to start their own venture can apply for the fellowship grant.

IIM Kozhikode Entrepreneurship Fellowship Application Process
To apply for IIM-K Stayin Alive Entrepreneurship Fellowship, candidates are required to visit the official website of the institute, register and upload the pitch deck with the details regarding their respective proposed venture. There are a few important instructions candidates should keep in mind while uploading the deck:
- Mention the target market and problem areas.
- Provide details of the market strategy, how do you plan to meet your target customers this should include your marketing, distribution and sales strategy.
- Revenue model details
- Details about the projected timeline, the milestones you plan to achieve in the period of 12 months
- Give details about the team and responsibilities assigned to each member.
- The deck should be visual in nature i.e. more flowchart product mock-up etc.

IIM Kozhikode Entrepreneurship Fellowship Selection Process
The selection of the candidates for the IIM-K Stayin Alive Entrepreneurship Fellowship will be done on the basis of multiple criteria. Business ideas which have potential will be offered a grant. The decision made by the panel will be final and the selected startups will be required to sign an agreement with IIMK Live.
