The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Udaipur has open the gates and has asked interested and eligible candidates to enroll for its Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) offered in Marketing and Operations Management.
Students who aspire to undertake original research would be delighted if selected for FPM in IIM Udaipur. The FPM is IIM Udaipur's doctoral level programme, designed for students with strong academic credentials.
FPM is a 4.5 to 5 years old long study. During this time, students gain experience and mastery in a range of research skills, approaches and methodologies. After completing a comprehensive examination in their chosen area, students work on their doctoral dissertations, undertaking original research designed to make a significant scholarly contribution in their field.
FPM students receive a full fellowship that covers the cost of tuition, accommodations, other program expenses and a stipend for a living allowance.
Eligibility criteria:
The candidates applying for this programme must have a Master's degree in any discipline with 55 percent aggregate marks (or grade point equivalent) throughout academic career
Or
Bachelor's degree of at least four year duration (such as B.E./B.Tech./B. Arch.) from a recognised university/institute with 55 percent marks (or grade point equivalent). Final year candidates who are about to complete their respective degrees (Bachelor's or Master's) by 2016 are eligible to apply and can receive provisional acceptance.
Selection procedure:
Selection procedure for the fellowship includes a research aptitude test and personal interview.

On the application form, candidates are required to specify what research area they want to opt for Marketing management or research management.

The last date for submission of online application is January 31, 2016.
Written test and interview will be held on April 15, 2016.
