JoSAA seat allotment for round 1 has been announced by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority today, 23rd September 2022. The result is announced online on the official website- josaa.nic.in. To check the seat allotment result,candidates have to enter their JEE Mains application number and password. The candidates whose seats have been allotted must verify their documents online and pay the fees. The JoSAA seat allotment 2022 letter along with the prescribed documents must be presented to the institute during the admission process. Important Instructions for Seat Allotment
- Those who have been allocated seat as per their first preference will not exercise Float & Slide option
- The candidates will be required to accept the seat by paying the seat acceptance fee of Rs. 35,000
- To complete the seat acceptance process of JoSAA, candidates will have to upload certain documents required by JoSAA
- Those who have not gotten the college as per their first choice can exercise the Float & Slide option. Such candidates will need to pay a seat acceptance fee as well
Important Instructions for Reporting Process
- The first step is to upload the required documents. In case of any error in the documents, candidates will be sent an email or SMS
- Those candidates must rectify the errors
- The seat allotment slip will be generated once the candidates upload and submit their documents
