Institute of Engineering and Management organised its Annual Tech Carnival for the year 2016 'Innovacion-2016' from January 16th, 2016 and January 17th, 2016. The two-day power packed Tech Carnival held at the campus of Institute of Engineering and Management. The Tech Carnival was filled with uninterrupted entertainment and tremendous fun events like Robotics which consisted with exciting rounds like goHop Hell in a Cell, Tracker, X-Force, Techfooties, and Checkmate. Moreover, there were Coding Competitions like Renderbit presents Almost There, Techsu Webolve and Top-Coder Algorithimist and Gaming Competitions like FIFA, Counter Strike -1.6, Need For Speed racing competition and Counter Strike Pro.There were also exciting events on Electronics like Electrocuted, and events on Special Events and Extra-curricular activities and much more.
Besides all these there were two exclusive events, Eureka, a hackathon competitions and Video making competitions.The Superb Tech Carnival was jointly organised by Institute of Engineering and Management and University of Engineering and Management. All the events of the carnival were open for all the students of Engineering of all the recognised Colleges and Universities of West Bengal.
Students from all the colleges and Universities actively participated and showcased their talent.The winners of each and every event were awarded certificates and exciting prizes for their achievements. There was also an exclusive Robotics Workshop which was also participated by all the students who were present in the carnival.
