NEET Application Form 2023: The National Testing Agency has released the application forms for NEET 2023 for eligible and interested candidates to fill out. While filling out the application forms, candidates will have to provide their information and upload their documents along with photographs and signatures. NTA has issued a detailed prescribed format and size to upload the documents to the NEET Application Form 2023. Candidates shall follow the instructions while uploading the documents carefully to ensure the files are accepted and they need not go through the rectification process in case of rejection. So, here are the details on uploading the photograph and signature to the application form online. 

NEET Application Form 2023

Candidates will have to fill out the NEET Application Form 2023 on or before April 6, 2023, as any forms thereafter will not be accepted. Candidates will have to upload the documents and pay the requisite application fee online. The application fee will be non-refundable. 

NEET Application Form 2023: Upload Photograph

Note the details to upload a photo to the NEET Application Form 2023: 
  • The Uploaded image should be recent, not older than January 1, 2023, and should match the candidates' current facial structure and appearance. 
  • Only JPG format will be accepted to upload the photograph.
  • The Passport size Photograph should be of size- 10 kb to 200 kb and the Post Card size photograph (4”x 6”) size should be 10 kb to 200 kb.
  • Make sure the images are not polarised or computer-generated photographs.
  • The images should be coloured with white background, clearly showing the face and ears. 
  • 80% of the image should be covering the face of the candidate. 
  • The passport photographs need not be attested or self-attested.
  • Candidates should not be wearing caps or goggles in the photograph, however, if the candidate regularly wears spectacles, it will be considered. 
If the image is unclear or missing, the application will be rejected. Also, if the uploaded image is of someone else, it will be treated as an unfair means and action will be taken. Candidates are advised to abide by the rules and upload their photographs carefully. Additionally, it is advised to keep 4-8 images of the same size ready for further use.

NEET Application Form 2023: Upload Signature

Here are the details on uploading the signature for the NEET Application Form 2023: 
  • Candidates should sign on a white sheet with black ink in running handwriting. Make sure not to use capital letters while signing. 
  • The file should be uploaded in JPG format only. 
  • Size of the signature should be 4 kb to 30 kb.
  • The NEET Application forms 2023 without the signatures will be considered as incomplete and rejected. Also, the signatures of others will be regarded as unfair means and action will be taken.
