The Intermediate students of Vignan Junior College, an institute of Vignan Institutions, Guntur secured top marks in the intermediate results which were released on 19-April-2016. The college management conducted a press meet to congratulate the students on this occasion.
Zonal in charge of Vignan Institutions, Mr. Kumaranathan has given the details of pass percentage and toppers. He said, “the college has secured state level ranks in the inter results. Students performed well in the examinations and secured a good result. The college has been consistently performing well in the intermediate results for the past three years”. He congratulated the students on this occasion.
The following students are the toppers:-
Senior Intermediate:-
- P.GopiKrishna
- VMV Sai Krishna and
- K.Srujana, MPC students secured 987/1000 marks
More than 60 percent of senior intermediate students secured 900+ marks and 28 students secured 980+ marks.
Junior Intermediate:-
- A Malleswara Rao and A.Amrutavalli secured 464/470 and stood as state third
- A total number of 29 students secured more than 460/470 marks.
- 77 students secured 455/470 marks
- 126 students secured 450/470 marks
- 72 percent of students secured 420/470 marks.
The college has recorded an overall pass percentage of 96. The students were appreciated by Vignan Institutions chairman, Lav Rattaiah.
