IIT Bombay will conduct JEE Advanced 2022 on July 3, and the online application form will be released on June 8. Top 2,50,000 candidates of JEE Main 2022 will be eligible for JEE Advanced.
IIT Bombay has announced the exam date of JEE Advanced 2022, and the entrance exam for admission in IITs will be conducted on July 3. The online registration for JEE Advanced 2022 will begin on June 8 on its official website. This year, the top 2,50,000 candidates from JEE Main 2022 shall be allowed to register for the Advanced examination. The information brochure for the exam has already been released.

With the announcement of JEE Advanced dates, it is confirmed that the result of JEE Main 2022 is likely to be released in the first week of June. This year, JEE Main will be conducted only twice, and the tentative months for the exam are April and May. Last year, the exam was conducted four times owing to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The official information brochure of JEE Advanced 2022 clearly stated that the minimum number of attempts allowed for the exam is 2 (in two consecutive years). A lot of students have been asking for a third attempt but there is no mention of the same in the official notification by IIT Bombay.
