JEE Main 2024 Session 1 Answer Key Challenge Last Date Extended: The National Testing Agency has extended the last date of challenging the JEE Main January Session 2024 answer key. As per the announcement, candidates are now eligible to raise objections against the JEE Main Session 1 provisional answer key till February 9, 2024 (till 11.50 PM), instead of February 8. There were technical glitches in the server and the students were unable to raise objections. Hence, the NTA has taken this decision and extended the last date. Note, that post the last date, the authority will not accept any further request of objecting the provisional answer key. Candidates who want to raise an objection should pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 200. The payment should be done using a debit card, credit card, or net banking. No other mode will be accepted for paying the objection fees.

Candidates, who have challenged the JEE Main session 1 answer key without providing the appropriate Question ID/ Option ID, can also challenge again. In such a case, the former objection fees will be refunded to the bank account of the candidates. For the same, the candidates will receive a mail at their registered email ID or get a SMS at their provided mobile number.
After analysing, if it is found that the challenge is correct, then the answer key will be revised. And, based on that the authority will release the JEE Main Session 1 final answer key on February 12, 2024, along with the declaration or result. However, the authority will not individually inform the fact to the candidates regarding the acceptance/ non-acceptance of his/her challenge. Once the final answer key is released, the candidates will not be allowed to challenge it further.
