JEE Mains 2017 Registrations Begin! Check Details Here

The online registrations for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2017 have commenced. It is an engineering entrance examination which is primarily conducted for admissions to various engineering courses such as B.Tech and B.Arch at the following premier institutes can now apply:

• Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs)
• Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs)
• Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs)
• National Institutes of Technology (NITs)

The candidates who have been eagerly waiting to apply for JEE (Mains) 2017 examination can apply until January 2, 2017.

Steps to fill the JEE (Mains) 2017 Application Form are as follows:

• Firstly, visit the official website of JEE (Main) examination to fill the online application form.
• Ensure that before filling the online application form, you all the details ready along with the Aadhar number. Aadhar rule is not applicable to the candidates belonging to Assam, Meghalaya and Jammu & Kashmir.
• On the home page, there is a tab which indicates 'New Candidate Registration'. Under that there is a link 'Apply for JEE (Main) 2017.
• A new tab opens which consists of instructions.
• Read the instructions carefully and mark tick on 'I agree to terms and conditions'.
• Then click on the link 'Proceed to Apply Online'.
• A new page opens which consists of registration. The candidates must fill all the details correctly and carefully.
• Later, enter the security pin and click on 'submit'.
• After the first step of the application process, the candidates have to upload their photograph.
• The final step is fee payment.
• The candidates can pay the examination through Credit/Debit card or Net Banking.
