The final year exams for the B.Tech program will be conducted by JNTU Kakinada from July 19 to July 26, 2021.
Kakinada JNTU B.Tech Final Exams 2021: With a decrease in COVID-19 cases in the country, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTU, Kakinada) has decided to conduct the final exams for B. Tech, M. Tech, B. Pharmacy, M. Pharmacy, MCA, and MBA programs in different phases. The final year exams for the B.Tech program will be conducted by JNTU Kakinada from July 19 to July 26, 2021. The exams for the second and third years will be conducted later. This decision has been taken by JNTU, Kakinada so that the students can have enough time to appear for job interviews and enroll in higher studies.

The mid-exams for the final year started on Monday which will be over on Thursday. Out of all the students, two students were not able to attend the exam on Monday as they have been hospitalized due to Coronavirus. The Controller of Exams, JNTU-K, Venkata Reddy said the students who missed the exams can reappear for it later. He also stated that the first-year exams for the first semester of BTech, B.Pharmacy, MCA, and MBA will start from the end of July. While the exams for the third year second semester will start from the first week of August.

All the exams have been planned in such a way that they end by August 2021. The second-year and third-year exam dates will be released once the fourth-year and first-year first-semester examinations are over. As per the exam controller, engineering, pharmacy, and management colleges affiliated to JNTU–K are advised to follow all the COVID-19 safety protocols while conducting the exams.
