Karnataka 2nd PUC date sheet 2022 has been revised by the Department of Pre-university Education. The authority has modified the dates for some of the subjects.
Karnataka 2nd PUC Date Sheet 2022: State school education minister Mr. BC Nagesh declared on social media that the Department of Pre-university Education Karnataka has revised the 2nd PUC timetable 2022 for the April-May board exams. In the revised Karnataka 2nd PUC date sheet 2022, the PU department has modified dates for some subjects and skipped some dates. The updated Karnataka 2nd PUC timetable 2022 can be found on the official website - pue.kar.nic.in.
Due to a clash with the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Mains 2022) exam dates, the department published a preliminary revised Karnataka 2nd PUC timetable in March for the April-May exams 2022. Students were given till March 5, 2022 to raise objections to the Karnataka 2nd PUC date sheet.

Karnataka 2nd PUC exam was originally set to take place between April 16 and May 4, 2022. The board revised the date sheet for the 2nd PUC test after the National Testing Agency (NTA) declared that the JEE Main 2022 exam will begin on April 16. Meanwhile, Nagesh has ruled out having re-examinations for individuals who missed them due to the hijab dispute, stating that there is no such procedure for absentees. He claimed that exams are inherently competitive and that there can be no humanitarian compassion for absentees.
Only those who failed the exam will be allowed to take the supplementary exams, according to him. "There can't be a new precedent because there isn't a structure in place to hold re-exams for absentees from the time the board exams are held," he added. Several Muslim girl students boycotted classes and skipped practical tests after the Karnataka High Court issued an interim order in February prohibiting all students from wearing saffron shawls, scarves, hijab, or any religious flag in the classroom.
