Karnataka MBBS 2021 Document Verification rescheduled to 24 January

The Karnataka Examination Authority will again conducting the document verification on 24th January 2022 for candidates who have not been able to attend the document verification on the scheduled date.

Karnataka MBBS 2021 Document Verification: Candidates who submitted an online application but were unable to attend document verification on the scheduled date due to a variety of circumstances can attend the document verification on 24th January 2022 (10:00 AM) at KEA, Bangalore office. Candidates should bring all original documents as stated in their NEET UG 2021 application for document verification.

List of Document required for Verification

The list of documents required for Karnataka MBBS 2021 document verification are as follows

  • Print Out of UG NEET 2021 Application  Form

  • NEET 2021 Score Card

  • NEET 2021 Admit Card

  • Fees paid Receipt

  • 2 passport size identical photograph which is uploaded in the Online Application

  • Verification Slip

  • Class 12th Certificate

  • Class 10th Certificate

  • Category Certificate

  • Valid Identification proof  such as Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, PAN, Aadhar Card etc.

Important Instructions regarding Karnataka MBBS 2021 Document Verification

  • The document verification will be done as per the candidates ranking

  • It is important to reach at the centre at least 30 minutes prior to the planned appointment time.

  • Candidates must bring original documents as well as two sets of photocopies of all documents.

  • It's important to remember that only candidates should attend the document verification, and no one else should participate on their behalf. To put it another way, the applicants must be physically present at the location.

  • Candidates and parents attending the document verification should wear a face mask and bring a small sanitizer and water bottle, as well as follow other Covid-19 safety protocols.

  • Maintaining social distance at the verification centres and cooperating with authorities is essential for the smooth running of the document verification process.
