The LPU’s Centre for Distance and Online Education offers diversified programs in several disciplines, which include Management, IT, Computer Applications, Sciences, Commerce, Arts, Information Sciences, and Library. The candidates should select any of the programs from the undergraduate, postgraduate, and Diploma Programs during the admission process, which are designed to meet the academic goals and industrial needs.
Through the Distance Education mode, the candidates can select any programs, including Management & Commerce: MBA, BBA, M.Com., B.Com., DBA; Computer Applications & IT: MCA, M.Sc. IT, BCA, B.Sc. IT, DCA; Arts & Library Sciences: M.A.(Economics, Education, English, Hindi, History, Mathematics, Political Science, Punjabi, Sociology), B.A., MLIS, BLIS, and DLIS. The online education program of LPU offers an interactive and flexible learning experience with programs like MBA, MCA, M.Sc. (Mathematics), M.Sc. (Economics), M.Com., M.A. (English, History, Sociology, Political Science), BBA, BCA, B.A., DBA, and DCA.
The LPU Distance and Online programs offer a wide range of discipline-specific electives for meeting the evolving industry demands. For instance, the MBA is offered both in single and dual options across 12 career-oriented fields, including Finance, Data Science, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, International Technology, International Business, Business Analytics, Banking & Financial Services, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, and Hospital & Healthcare Management. Likewise, the MCA programs include the five advanced discipline-specific electives, Data Sciences, Machine Learning & AI, Cyber Security, Full Stack Web Development, and Game Development for the technology-driven job market.
