MBA Building of NIT Trichy Inaugurated

The MBA Block of the Tiruchirapalli branch of the National Institute of Technology was inaugurated by the Union civil aviation minister Mr. Gajapathi Raju recently. Later in the evening, the minister also spent time interacting with the students there. MBA programs in addition to B.Arch. programs, MCA program, MSc program, as also nineteen PG programs are offered here.

The CPWD conceptualized, planned, and executed the construction of the building. In addition to this, a MoU was also signed by the NIT-T with D'Gipro Systems Private Limited (DSPL), New Delhi, and the Center for Land Warfare Studies (CLaWS), New Delhi, to conduct Short Term Certificate courses.

Classes will be conducted by the faculty from NIT-T and programs in defense acquisition and technology utilization management, for the personnel of defense services. The exchange of students and faculty will also be facilitated by the MoU. A MoU was also signed between NIT-T and TCS as per the academic interface program. This was to support the teachers and students communities via faculty development programs and student internship, workshops, as also the students’ project awards.
