Mega Placement Drive at KL University
Reputed Software companies Wipro, Infosys, CTGATE, Cyber Research Lab and Security Solutions and Sap Lab conducted Mega Placement Drive at Koneru Lakshmaiah University on 12-April-2016. The placement drive was organized and supervised by the university's Placement officer, Dr.ASB Prasad. The interviews were conducted for the final year students of various departments. The placement drive evoked a good response as more than 80 students got selected in placement drive.
College placement officer gave a report on the mega placement drive. According to the report, “A total number of 212 students attended the placement drive and 80 students got placed. The University has been consistently trying to achieve 100% placements. So far University has been successful in achieving 90% of placements. The Engineering college of University has been ranked as 58th best institute in India by NIRF. It’s all because of the dedicated and hard work of the faculty. So far 422 students selected in the campus placements in the academic year 2015-2016”. He appreciated students for their achievement.
Following students got selected:
- G. Reshika Reddy-CSE-Cyber Research Lab, Hyderabad. She has been selected for an annual package of Rs.12, 00,000.
- Pasala Kavya and P.Raja Ram selected for Cyber Research Lab at an annual package of Rs.9,000,00
Rest of the students were selected in various companies at an annual package of Rs.4, 00,000. Students thanked the college management for their cooperation and support.
