More Then 600 Registrations for UG Courses of LU on Day 1
Lucknow University got huge response from the students on the first day of their entrance examination process. Unlike previous years, there were no technical glitches on the first day of the 2016 online admission process at Lucknow University .
A total of 624 registrations were made for undergraduate courses on Day 1. However, there were a number of queries over the LLB courses and ID proof requirements. Candidates, said admission coordinator Anil Mishra, were confused between five year LLB and three-year LLB.
According to coordinator Mishra, “Since the admission portal has been opened only for undergraduate courses, we included five-year LLB, which is pursued after class XII. The eligibility for three-year LLB course is graduation,“.
As proof of identity, candidates can use any of the four documents:
- Aadhaar card
- Voter I-card
- Passport or
- Driving licence
2016 online admission process at Lucknow University is more student-friendly. Revamping its online window, in 2016, a candidate can fill the admission form within 10 minutes.

Earlier, candidates had to wait for two days after registration and fee payment to complete their form. Candidates will be given the counselling schedule on the day of the entrance exam.
