MPPEB Group 3 Recruitment 2022 Application Form – Steps to Upload Photo and Signature

The Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB) has released the official notification confirming the recruitment of eligible candidates for the post of Draftsman, Sub Engineer, and others (Group 3). Recruitment will be done through the Joint Entrance Examination, scheduled in September. 

MPPEB Group 3 recruitment 2022 application form will be released on the official website (peb.mp.gov.in) on August 1. Candidates who are interested to appear for the entrance exam will have to apply online for the MPPEB Group 3 recruitment 2022. The last date of registration for the MPPEB Group 3 Recruitment 2022 is August 16.

MPPEB Group 3 Recruitment 2022 Application Form – How to Upload Photograph and Signature

At the time of filling out the online application form for MPPEB Group 3 recruitment 2022, candidates will need to upload their photographs and signatures along with some essential documents. The application form will not be accepted unless the photographs and signatures are uploaded correctly.

The Board requires all candidates to follow a few guidelines while uploading the essential documents and signatures. Candidates must go through the following instructions and ensure that the photographs and signatures uploaded are as per the specifications provided by MPPEB. 

Uploading of Photographs 

• Applicants must upload scanned images of their recent passport-sized photograph in JPEG format

• The image should be a coloured photograph against a white backdrop

• The image should be in the dimension 4 cm (width) x 5 cm (height)

• The image should not be older than 3 months

Uploading of Signature

• Candidates must upload scanned images of their signatures in JPEG format

• Applicants must ensure that they provide their full signature

• The signature should be in blue or black ink

• The uploaded signature must not exceed the recommended dimension and must fit into the designated box

Handwritten Declaration

• Candidates must provide a self-declaration in their own writing

• The self-declaration must be filled in English or Hindi

Certificate Documents 

• Candidates must provide their marksheets of Classes 8 & 10

• Applicants must provide a caste certificate (if applicable)

All applicants are advised to follow the above guidelines while uploading photographs and signatures in the MPPEB Group 3 recruitment 2022 application form. However, the Board will allow candidates with a correction window to make some changes or modifications if needed.
