NEET Exam Pattern and Syllabus 2018: The exam pattern and syllabus of NEET (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test) 2018 is prescribed by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. The NEET question paper 2018, will be available in 10 languages-Gujarati, Hindi, Tamil, English, Marathi, Bengali, Assamese, Oriya, Kannada, and Telugu medium. Divided into 3 sections – Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, NEET question paper 2018 will consist of 180 questions that candidates have to attempt within 3 hours. The entrance exam will be conducted in offline (paper-based) mode that will select medical aspirants for MBBS and BDS courses in top medical colleges or universities of the country.

NEET Exam Pattern 2018:

  • NEET 2018 will be conducted in an offline (pen and paper) mode.
  • The total duration of the test is 3 hours.
  • There will be multiple-type of questions in the exam.
  • NEET 2018 will have 180 questions in total from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
  • Candidates will have to fill their responses in the OMR sheet.
  • There will be negative marking for wrong responses. For each wrong answer, 1 mark will be deducted and for each correct response, 4 marks will be awarded to the candidates.
  • NEET 2018 question paper will be in Gujarati, Hindi, Tamil, English, Marathi, Bengali, Assamese, Oriya, Kannada and Telugu medium.
