- NIIT University has launched a full-time work integrated MBA programme in Analytics and Data Science in which candidates will be offered an internship in their second year.
- The first batch of the programme will commence from 28th July.
NIIT University, Rajasthan has collaborated with IBM and WNS to start global programmes in Analytics and Data Science. It is a two-year work integrated MBA programme in Intelligent Data Science which will offer theoretical knowledge in data science along with professional experience. This will encourage the young professionals to enhance their knowledge in the field of data science.
The first batch of the course will start from 28th July 2018 and will exclusively be offered at the NIIT campus. The first year of the course will cover the following subjects and skills:
- Data Science
- Machine Learning
- Artificial Intelligence
- Domain
- Programming Skills

The second year of the course, on the other hand, will provide students with an opportunity to pursue a full-time internship at NIIT Technologies and a chance to work with global clients as well.
Sudhir Singh, CEO, NIIT Technologies, said that the main aim of the course is to train the youth in building a career in Intelligent Data Science and to meet the demands of business globally. The tech economy is growing rapidly and there is a huge demand for people equipped with knowledge about artificial intelligence and businesses.

Prof V S Rao, NIIT University is extremely proud of the collaboration. According to him, this MBA programme is a great initiative in the field of data science which will train students for focuses jobs.
