NIT Warangal Begins Induction Programme for First Year B.Tech Students

National Institute of Technology (NIT) Warangal commenced a massive induction programme for 1,000 first year B.Tech students on July 24, 2018. Associate Professor and Public Relations Officer of NIT Warangal, Dr. Kiran Kumar informed that the induction programme would continue until August 04, 2018.

The major aim behind conducting the induction programme is to expose and acclimatise the first year B.Tech students to senior students of the institute. The induction programme will facilitate interaction between fresh B.Tech students and seniors so that they can understand more about the environment on the campus of NIT Warangal.

As a part of induction programme, NIT Warangal has lined up a series of activities including the testing ability of students in literary, cultural and physical activities, discussions, creative arts and lectures from eminent personalities from popular industries, social activists and entrepreneurs. These activities will continue from morning to evening from July 24 to August 04, 2018. The programme will also help students to interact with the faculty of NIT Warangal.

This year, all the seats in various branches of engineering have been filled at NIT Warangal.
