For ICAR AIEEA, you should target to score above 200 marks to get a college. Since your score is below 200, it might be difficult to get a seat in a good college for admission. However, it also depends on your category (General/ OBC/ SC/ ST). Since you have not mentioned which category you are from, you can check the below table for ICAR AIEEA Cutoff 2020 which will help you get an idea:
