Placement Day celebrations at Eshwar College of Engineering
The Placement Cell of Eshwar College of Engineering and Technology, Vijaywada celebrated its Placement Day in a grand manner. The celebrations were conducted to mark the highest number of placements at college in the academic year 2015-2016. The Chief Guest for the occasion was Dr.K.Chandra Shekar, Assistant Professor, JNTUK.
Addressing the students, he said that, “Students have to develop patience as they are going out of college for jobs. Patience is an essential factor which any organization needs from an employee. Along with patience, students have to develop creativity. They have to come up with ideas from time to time”. He congratulated the students who got placed in campus placements. He appreciated the college management for its efforts in inviting various companies for placement drives. He mentioned special appreciation to the faculty of college for bringing out students with skills.
Later appointment orders were given away to the students who got selected in placements. The appointment orders were given by the chief guest and college Chairman, Shaik.Meera Vali.
College Principal, V.Murthy Rao mentioned that, “280 final year students got placed in 20 companies in the placement drives that were conducted in the academic year 2015-2016. He congratulated the students on their success and greeted for bright future.
Students thanked the college management and faculty for their continuous cooperation and support. They mentioned special thanks to the placement cell for its efforts in bringing various companies for placement drives.
