PSSSB Clerk 2022 Notification Released for 1200 Vacancies: Apply by June 15

PSSSB Clerk 2022 Notification for the recruitment of Clerk/DEO (Data Entry Operator) and Legal Clerk has been released by the Punjab Subordinate Service Selection Board (PSSSB) on its official website, https://www.sssb.punjab.gov.in. The notification has been released for a total of 1200 vacancies out of which 917 are for regular clerks and 283 are for legal clerks.

The notification was released on May 15 and the last date to submit PSSSB Clerk 2022 Application Form is June 15, 2022 @ 5 PM. The payment of applications can be made until June 18. Interested candidates can check the eligibility criteria and other information regarding the exam here.

PSSSB Clerk 2022: Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

• The candidate must at least have a Bachelor’s Degree from a government-recognized institute.
• The candidate must have at least 120 hours of hands-on experience in the use of Personal Computer or Information Technology in Office Productivity applications or Desktop Publishing applications from any government recognized institution.
  OR
  The candidate must have a Computer Information Technology Course equivalent to an ‘O’ level certificate of the Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Course (DOEACC) of the Government of India

Age Limit (as on January 01, 2022)

General Category: 18 to 37 Years

SC/BC: 18 to 42 Years

PwD: 18 to 47 Years

PSSSB Clerk 2022: Fee Details

General/Freedom Fighters/Athletes: INR 1000/-

SC/BC/EWS: INR 250/-

Ex-Servicemen: INR 200/-

PwD: INR 500/-

PSSSB Clerk 2022: Exam Pattern

The written examination will have 100 objective-type questions and the exam will be carried out for a duration of 120 minutes. The question paper will be available in both English and Punjabi languages.

PSSSB Clerk 2022: Steps to Apply

Step 1: Visit www.sssb.punjab.gov.in.

Step 2: Under ‘Online Applications’ tab on the homepage, click on:

• For the posts of Regular Clerks: “CLICK HERE to Apply Online for Post of Clerk cum Data Entry Operator, Advertisement No. 03 of 2022 (LAST DATE 15.06.2022)”
• For the posts of Legal Clerks: “CLICK HERE to Apply Online for Post of Legal Clerk, Advertisement No. 02 of 2022 (LAST DATE 15.06.2022)”

Step 3: Fill in the details as given and pay the application fee.

Step 4: Submit the application form and take a printout for future use.
