Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University of Raipur,Chhattisgarh has delivered a maximum number of "GRADUATION DEGREES" till date, as compared to the other 550 Universities of India, according to the latest report of National Institutional Ranking Framework report of The Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) .
NIRF Report of MHRD was released on Monday which ranked Indian Universities based on different categories. The Ravishankar University of Raipur came in 44th position in the overall ranking.
Pt.RSU is the is the single University from all over Chhattisgarh that came into Top 100 ranking list of MHRD. Moreover, the Pharmacy Department of University came into 22nd Position in the Pharmacy Institute’s Category.
The report judged the institutes according to five parameters — teaching and learning resources; research, professional practice and collaborative performance, graduation outcome, outreach and inclusive and perception.
The ranking evaluates higher educational institutions in Engineering, Management, Universities and Pharmacy categories.
According to Smriti Zubin Irani,Honourable HRD Minister
“The Ranking framework will empower a larger number of Indian
Institutions to participate in the global rankings, and create a significant
impact internationally too. I see this as a sensitization process and an
empowering tool, and not a tool for protection.”
MHRD ranked the Universities in different categories and one on them was Graduation Outcome(GO) and RSU holds the first position having highest Graduation Outcome.
These factors made Pt.RSU to excel in the list were :
- Highest enrollment for Graduation
- Good grades of the pass outs
- Timely done Examinations and declaration of Results
