The department of Information Technology of PVP Siddhartha College of Engineering and Technology organized a two days National seminar on “Recent trends in Information Technology” on 24-March-2016.
The seminar was inaugurated by College dean, Prof.Nalluri Venkateswarlu. Addressing the students he said, “There has been a rapid increase in the developments regarding Information technology. The students have to develop their way of thinking in accordance with the developments in technology”. He opined that these types of National seminars would help the students to develop the research skills. He felt that these seminars would give new ideas in the scope of research.
Around 50 professors from 50 colleges and universities from various states attended to present their papers on the theme of the seminar. Students posed various questions to the speakers and got their doubts clarified very briefly and clearly.
The seminar was attended by College principal, Sivaji Babu, eminent scholars, faculty, students, print and electronic media.
