Result Declared- NIFT 2016 entrance exam results declared

The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) has declared the results of its written entrance examination.

The exams were held on February 14, 2016. Minimum qualification required for sitting in the exam is Class 12 pass from a recognised board or institute.

The selection process for NIFT comprises three stages - written test, situation test and personal interview round.

NIFT was set up in 1986. It has centers in more than a dozen places including Mumbai, Kolkata, Kangra, Gandhinagar, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Raebareli, Patna, Shillong and Bhopal.

It also has a centre in Jodhpur, where it offers a four-year Bachelor's degree and two-year Master's degree programmes.
