RRB NTPC 2022 CBT Phase 2 Exam Day Guidelines

RRB NTPC 2022 CBT 2 exam is all set to be conducted for levels; 2, 3, and 5. The exam guidelines for RRB NTPC 2022 CBT 2 have been released by the authorities in order to ensure that the exam is conducted smoothly without any hassle. The admit card for RRB NTPC 2022 has been released for the regions on the respective websites. 

Here are the guidelines for the RRB NTPC CBT Phase 2 Exam Day:

  • All candidates must reach the exam hall at least an hour before the reporting time so that any hustle can be avoided. 
  • Candidates are also required to take a printout of their admit cards a few days before the exam.
  • Aspiring candidates are also required to visit the exam centre a day ahead of the examination. 

RRB NTPC 2022 CBT Phase 2 Exam: Important Documents to Carry in the Exam Hall

Candidates can check the list of important documents to carry in the RRB NTPC 2022 Exam Phase 2 here:

  • Candidates need to carry their admit card and a valid identification document along with an original photo ID proof.
  • Aadhaar Card (or a printout of E-Aadhaar)
  • Voter’s ID Card
  • Driving Licence
  • Passport
  • PAN Card
  • Service ID Card that is issued for employees by the Central Government or State Government or PSUs.
  • ID Card that is issued by University or College or School. 
  • For ex-servicemen, the discharge book that is issued by the Ministry of Defense
  • Any other kind of photo identity issued by the central government or state government. 
  • In case the photo ID does not have the full date of birth, the candidates have to carry a document that contains their date of birth as written on the admission certificate.
  • 10th Admit Card/Pass Certificate/Mark sheet issued by CBSE/ICSE/State boards/PSUs.
  • If there is a mismatch in the date of birth that is printed on the Admission Certificate and the Photo ID Proof or Certificate that is brought in by the student, then the candidate will be barred from appearing in the examination.
  • Candidates are also required to carry at least two copies of their coloured photographs.

Any candidate who fails to appear in the exam hall with the above documents, will not be allowed to appear for the exam and the candidature will be cancelled. 

RRB NTPC 2022 CBT Phase 2: Instructions During the Exam

Here are the steps that candidates need to go through when they report to the examination venue:

  • Go through the photo and biometric capture process which is going to be conducted at the registration desk as they enter the test lab.
  • Sitting arrangement protocols must be followed and social distancing needs to be maintained to ensure the safety of every candidate present at the centre.
  • Every exam lab is under CCTV surveillance.
  • Whenever a candidate leaves the test lab for a bio break, a photo and biometric process will be carried out once again as per the guidelines of RRB. 
  • A pen and rough sheet will be provided to each candidate for the examination. 
  • Candidates need to note that their candidature is provisional and any case of misconduct will lead to disqualification and cancellation of the respective candidature.

  • Paper
  • Wallet
  • Metallic items
  • Ornaments
  • Belts
  • Helmet
