A fresh post-graduate course in the field of Sales Management has been introduced by Oberoi Centre for Learning & Development. This course will be a two-year programme and the duration of the programme will be 18 months.
The focus of the programme will be to train the students in the field of Hospitality Sales. The course will include both academic and hands-on approach where students will be allowed to interact with the industry with the help of on-the-job training.

The institute will begin the selection process for this course in September 2016. Selection will be based on college campus visits along with Open Access Days that will be held at The Oberoi Group hotels.
This programme provided by OCLD will work in the direction of providing practical training to the candidates who have enrolled. All the training activities will be held at the Oberoi Group of hotels.
The programme will include nine months of academic training and various practical efforts at the Delhi campus of OCLD. The other nine will comprise of on-the-job training that will also be done at The Oberoi Group hotels.
Apart from this Sales Management programme, OCLD also offers two-year Guest Service Management courses that provide education in the field of Food and Beverage Service and Front Office.
