SAMS Odisha +2 Common Application Form (CAF) 2022 is now available on the official website for candidates to fill out. Candidates who have the minimum qualification of High School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent qualification may apply for admissions to Odisha +2. Applicants must fill out the Common Application Form (CAF) online and pay the requisite application fee. Then the Higher Secondary School allotted to the candidate will verify the required documents and proceed with the admissions.

SAMS Odisha +2 Application Form 2022: Eligibility Criteria

As per the requirements laid out by the CHSE the eligibility criteria to be eligible for applying to SAMS Odisha +2 is as follows:

• Candidates must have completed High School Certificate (HSC) by the CHSE board or any other recognized education board. 
• Candidates with equivalent educational qualifications will also be eligible to apply for admissions to Odisha +2 if they provide the required documents.

How to apply for the SAMS Odisha +2 Application Form 2022?

Follow these instructions to fill out the Common Application Form available at the SAMS Odisha +2 Portal:

• Visit the official website samsodisha.gov.in or click on the link above. 
• Register to the portal by providing all the necessary information about the candidate. 
• Read the instructions in the Common Prospectus, before filling out the Common Application Form at the SAMS portal. 
• Pay the application fee online of INR 200 for General Category candidates and INR 100 for ST/SC Category candidates. 
• Take a printout of the Application form and the payment receipt. These will be required at the time of verification of the documents at the selected Higher Secondary Schools.
