In order to lessen the load on students from Classes 5th to 8th, the School Education Department of Madhya Pradesh has decided to call off external examination centres.

In order to lessen the loads of students from Class 5th to 8th, the School Education Department of Madhya Pradesh has decided to call off the practice exam centres. What this epic judgment means is that from now on, students will appear for their respective examinations from their respective schools only. Principals of all schools in Madhya Pradesh will be the appointed Chief Examination Officers for the particular centre.

The Education Department of Madhya Pradesh has issued circulars to all District Project Coordinators (DPCs), District Education Officers (DEOs) and school principals in this regard.

Akshay Singh Rathore, DPC Indore said that new guidelines have been issued for middle and primary school examinations only. They have also sent letters to all the concerned officials. The DEOs will monitors the examination as main officers in their respective districts and they will head the committee that monitors the whole examination process. The answer sheets will be sent to other schools for evaluation.

Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) has announced the date of class 12th examination in advance so that students can prepare well for their examination. After the successful completion of the examinations, the result of the examination will be declared two months later.

The Board of Secondary Education, Madhya Pradesh (MPBSE) conducts the Class 12 Board Exams in the state & has announced dates of the MPBSE starting to be from:

  • March 1, 2017 till March 31, 2017
