BPNL Recruitment 2023 Selection ProcessBPNL Recruitment 2023: The selection process for BPNL Recruitment 2023 has been shared by the Bhartiya Pashupalan Nigam Limited (BPNL) for various posts i.e. Central Superintendent, Assistant Central Superintendent, and Office Assistant. The applicants for any of these posts must know the stages of the BPNL Recruitment 2023 selection process. We have shared the complete selection process for BPNL Recruitment from the first to the last stage.
BPNL Selection Process 2023
As the eligibility for each post in the BPNL 2023 Recruitment is different, the selection process will also be conducted separately for all category applicants. Check the Step-wise BPNL Recruitment Selection Process:
For Posts (Central Superintendent, Assistant Central Superintendent, Office Assistant, and Trainer/Instructor) -
Stage 1 (Written Test) - An objective type Written test has to be conducted for all participants for the above-mentioned posts. The Written test will be comprised of a total of 50 marks out of which the candidates have to clear the minimum BPNL Recruitment Cutoff 2023 to proceed to the next step.
Stage 2 (Personal Interview) - The candidates who cleared the written examination will be invited to the next step in the Selection process for BPNL Recruitment i.e. Personality Test. The Interview will also be having a weightage of 50 marks. The Marks of step 1 and step 2 will be combined to prepare the BPNL Final Merit List 2023.
Stage 3 (Document Verification) - All shortlisted candidates have to appear for the final document verification round where they have to generate all the relevant documents in original for inspection. If all is found well, they will be provided with an appointment letter.
For Posts (Multi Tasking Staff) -
For the Multi-Tasking Staff, No separate written test will be conducted. The applicants will be invited for the Personal Interview round directly.
