SIHMCT, Vijayawada Organises Young Chef Competition
The management of Siddhartha Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (SIHMCT), Vijayawada organised a Young Chef competition for the students of catering technology on September 21, 2016. The competition was held as a part of youth festival.
Students from Roots Institute of Hotel Management, Asian Institute of Hotel Management and others took part in the competitions. Brijesh Thakur, Chief of DV Manor, Vijayawada judged the dishes prepared by the students. The students actively participated in the competition and prepared a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.

- Siddhartha Institute of Hotel Management bagged third prize
Chief Guest, Mr. Thakur presented the prizes to the winners and congratulated them. The students were also congratulated by College Principal, Mr. Chandrashekar and the members of Rotary Club. Various competitions are lined up as a part of youth festival where the students will showcase their culinary skills.
