Reputed Company SimTech Simulations conducted placement drive at Chebrolu Engineering College on 29-May-2016. The placement drive was conducted for final year mechanical engineering students of the college. The company officials were welcomed in a grand manner by the college management and students. The placement drive was inaugurated by college principal, J. Appa Rao. The company officials gave introduction about the company and detailed the process of interview.
Three rounds of interview were conducted which included a preliminary written test, technical round and personal interview. The placement drive received a grand response as a total number of 70 students attended the interviews. Out of them 10 students got selected in the personal interview. The officials of the company congratulated the students and gave them offer letters. The students are selected at annual package of Rs.2, 50,000. The company officials said that, “Simtech Simulations is a company which provides state of the art modelling tools to the power and process industries”.
College principal, J. Appa Rao said, “Around 400 students secured jobs in the campus placements conducted in the year 2015-2016. The college has reached the mile stone of assuring maximum placements. He assured that the college will keep the tempo in assuring maximum placements in the coming academic year.
