Students of LB Reddy College Selected for National Microsoft Competitions

Two CSE students of Lakki Raddy Bal Reddy College of Engineering and Technology selected for National Level Microsoft competitions which are to be held in Delhi in the month of May. On this occasion, the college management conducted a press meet to congratulate the students.

Addressing the media college director, E.V.Prasad mentioned, “Two students of CSE department won 3^rd and 5^th prizes in the state level Microsoft competitions and got eligibility for national level competitions in Delhi”. He mentioned, “Around 150 students brought laurels to the college by participating in various competitions in the academic year 2015-16”. He congratulated the students for their achievement.

CSE HOD Dr.Ravi Shankar mentioned, “Around 350 students from Vijayawada participated in competition but only two students got selected from Andhra Pradesh that too from LB Reddy College”. He felt, “It’s a great achievement to the college”. He congratulated the students and greeted then to get success in National level competitions.

The following are the students selected for National level Microsoft Competitions;

• V. Vamsi

Y. Vindhya secured 3^rd prize in state level competitions and V.Vamsi secured 5^th place. The students were appreciated by the college faculty and students. Students thanked the college management and faculty for their continuous support and encouragement. They mentioned special thanks to the HOD of CSE department for selecting and sending them for competitions. the press meet was attended by College correspondent, HOD of CSE department and others.
