As part of ongoing Technology Awareness Month (TAM) which was recently held at St. Martin’s Engineering College, Andhra Pradesh a Talk Show was conducted on Technology Awareness.
Additional Commissioner of Police and Chief of SHE TEAM, Swati Lakra spoke on burning issues during the event, such as domestic violence and street sexual harassment of women.
“Take a stand and fight for your rights. Do not hesitate!” she said to the students. In addition, she cleared doubts of students related to these issues.
TAM has been on for the past three weeks and includes quiz programmes, group discussions, debates and workshops as part of its activities.
College Chairman Marri Laxma Reddy, Executive Director Chandrasekhar Yadav, Director of Academics Shobha Rani, Placement In charge Girija and others participated in the programme.
