Meanwhile, students can download the expected cutoff marks of UCEED 2024 Part A here. The expected cutoff has been prepared based on previous years' cutoff trends. Students must consider the expected cutoff as a basic reference and the actual cutoff might vary.
UCEED cutoff is nothing but the minimum marks, which are considered for shortlisting the candidates. For the candidates, who will attain the minimum cutoff marks, the authority will publish a merit list for them and they will be eligible to participate in the counselling processes. Note, that the UCEED cutoff is different from the admission cutoff. Note, the UCEED cutoff will be considered for admission to the B.Des programme of IIT, Bombay.

Students can download UCEED Part A mean and standard deviations by navigating on the official website, uceed.iitb.ac.in. As per the official announcement by IIT Bombay, candidates qualifying for UCEED 2024 Part A cutoff only will be considered for Part B evaluation.

UCEED cutoff depends on several factors, such as the number of qualifying candidates in the exam, the number of candidates who appeared for the exam, the difficulty level of the exam, the total number of available seats in the participating Institutes, and also the cutoff trends of the past years. The candidates who obtained scores in the Part A exam are used to shortlist the candidates for Part B evaluation. The shortlisted candidates are assigned a provisional merit list. After that, the final merit list will be released based on the total marks obtained in Part A and B exams.
Note, this year, IIT Bombay will declare the UCEED Result 2024 on March 8, 2024, on the official website.
