UGC NET 9th July 2022 Paper 1 Question Paper Analysis

UGC NET 9th July 2022 Paper 1 Analysis: Day 1 of UGC NET 2022 examination has been conducted on Saturday, July 09, 2022 while the other days are scheduled for July 11 and July 12. Each day is held in two shifts from 9 AM to 12 PM and 3 PM to 6 PM. Phase 2 of UGC NET examination will be carried out later on August 12, 13, and 14. UGC NET Phase 1 consists of 2 papers, Paper 1 and Paper 2. Out of these two, Paper 1 is the same for all while Paper 2 is subject-specific, carried out for a total of 82 subjects.

UGC NET 2022 Paper 1 and Paper 2 are conducted together for a duration of 180 minutes and it has a total of 50 questions which are unequally divided into 10 sections, the details of which are provided below along with the analysis. The weightage distribution of these sections is not pre-defined but rather changes from paper to paper. So, we have also included the section-wise number of questions asked in the exam while analyzing the paper.

As per the notice released by NTA on July 08, the papers for Marathi and Telugu subjects have been delayed and the revised date of conduct will be conveyed soon. Read more.
