UPSC NDA NA Eligibility 2023: UPSC board has released the UPSC NDA NA Eligibility 2023 today December 21, 2022. The eligibility criteria have been released along with the UPSC NDA NA Notification 2023. The board is conducting UPSC NDA NA 2023 exam on April 16, 2022. As mentioned by the UPSC board, it is mandatory for all candidates to fulfill the UPSC NDA NA Eligibility 2023 to get eligible for the exam. Hence, it is important for the aspirants to go through the complete eligibility criteria before filling up the UPSC NDA NA Application Form 2022. Through the official brochure, the board has released the revised UPSC NDA NA Eligibility 2023 including age limit, educational qualification, nationality, physical standards, and more.
UPSC NDA NA Eligibility 2023: Nationality
- The candidates must be unmarried.
- Must be an Indian citizen.
- Must be a Nepal Citizen.
- Must be a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia or Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
UPSC NDA NA Eligibility 2023: Age Limit
- Only unmarried male/female candidates born not earlier than 02nd July, 2003 and not later than 1st July, 2006 are eligible.
UPSC NDA NA Eligibility 2023: Educational Qualification
- For Army Wing of National Defence Academy: 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
- For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy: 12th Class pass with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
- Candidates who are appearing in the 12th Class under the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination can also apply for this examination.
- Candidates appearing in the 11th class exam are not eligible for this examination.
UPSC NDA NA Eligibility 2023: Physical Standard
- Candidates must be physically fit according to physical standards as prescribed by the UPSC board.
