NAAC Graded VVIT College ‘A’
The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) granted ‘A’ grade to Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology. On this occasion, the college management conducted a press meet.
College chairman Vasireddy Vidya Sagar said that “The NAAC had visited and assessed the college on 10th, 11th, and 12th March-2016. The NAAC has been satisfied with all the facilities, courses, faculty of the college and granted ‘A’ grade status for a period of five years”. He mentioned that “The College has achieved ‘A’ grade due to the continuous efforts of faculty and students. The college has an excellent and experienced faculty in all the departments. The college works for the development of students and assured that the college would function more effectively to keep up the status given by NAAC”. He congratulated the HOD’s, faculty and students of the college.
NAAC in charge Mrs.Kalavathi opined that “The College has an excellent infrastructure facilities with a spacious library. The college gives equal importance to sports. The college has an excellent placement percentage”. She appreciated the college management for having best faculty. She mentioned special appreciation to placement cell which has been trying its best to see that number of students got placed. She felt that the college will try to improve placement percentage in coming years.
The press meet was attended by officials of NAAC, College principal, and Correspondent, Hod’s of various departments and faculty. The officials of NAAC congratulated the college management and the faculty of the college.
