WB ANM GNM Seat Allotment Result 2025: Seat Acceptance Process

Follow these instructions to complete the seat acceptance process if candidates are satisfied with WB ANM GNM Seat Allotment Result 2025 or the instructions for seat upgradation here:

• If candidates are satisfied, they must pay the seat acceptance fee online by logging in to the portal. Candidates shall print the seat acceptance letter issued after the seat acceptance fee is paid and along with the NO Upgradation format and other original documents, and report to the allotted institute for document verification. After the documents have been verified, candidates must pay the remaining fees and confirm their admission.
• In case candidates seek seat upgradation in the upcoming rounds, they shall pay the seat acceptance fee online, and along with the YES Upgradation format, must report to the allotted institute and confirm their admission. Such candidates will be eligible to participate in the next round of counselling.
• For candidates who fail to report will be considered as exiting the counselling process and will not be considered eligible to participate in the next counselling rounds.
