WBJEE Counselling 2022 Round 2 Seat Acceptance and Reporting Process

The seat acceptance and reporting process for Round 2 of WBJEE Counselling 2022 is given here:

  • Given that Round 2 is the final regular round of counselling, no upgradation option is provided. However, candidates can still participate separately in the Mop-Up round (if any) for further upgradation.
  • Who is eligible for the Mop-Up Round? Candidates who wish to go for further upgradation can participate in the mop-up round for remaining vacant seats, irrespective of whether they accept or reject the current allocation.
  • Through the direct link given above, candidates shall check, accept/reject their seat as per their preference, and download their seat allotment letter (by online payment of the seat acceptance fee if the seat is allotted for the first time). It is advised to accept the current allotment and later on participate in the mop-up round if wishing for further upgradation.
  • The candidates whose seat was upgraded from round 1 must note that their earlier allotment now stands cancelled and the allotment will not be reversed under any circumstances.
  • Once the online self-reporting is completed and the seat allotment letter is downloaded, candidates must report offline at their allotted institute for admission. If the seat allotment is accepted despite wishing for mop-up upgradation, the admission must be taken at the currently allotted institute. Otherwise, the current allocation will be cancelled and the candidate will be debarred from participation in the mop-up round.
  • For offline reporting for admission at the allotted college, Documents Required for WBJEE Counselling 2022 must be carried along with the mobile phone of the registered number for OTP verification.
