CCMT Counselling 2026 Expected Start Date:The CCMT counselling 2026 dates are yet to be declared; soon, the same will be announced on the official website. Based on the past years’ trends, it is assumed that the CCMT counselling 2026 will likely begin in May 2026. The CCMT counselling will start with the online registration process. Candidates who have a valid GATE score (any of the years 2024, 2025, or 2026) and have obtained 60% marks in a qualifying Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech/B.Arch/B.Plan), are eligible to apply for the CCMT counselling. Note that the minimum qualifying marks for the SC/ST/PwD candidates is 55% or 6.0 CGPA. Also, the final year candidates can also apply for the counselling, but they need to complete all the exams by July 15, 2026.

The entire process will be wrapped up by August. The details will be announced soon, once the notification is released. Candidates should pay Rs 3000 as registration fees (for Gen/ OBC category candidates) and Rs 2500 for SC/ST/PwD category. During the registration process, the candidates should upload a list of required documents such as the GATE scorecard, Class X and XII marksheets, qualifying degree marksheets, Category certificate, photo ID proof, etc. Before starting the CCMT counselling, the candidates are advised to keep these documents handy.
