The bench of Justice directed the JNU authorities to withhold the admissions to the 5% unfilled seats for the candidates with the disability for Ph.D and M.Phil courses.

Meanwhile, the students interested in the research filed an intervention petition claiming that the JNU was not releasing the entire result. Apart from filing the petition, the students of the varsity also protested against the same at the administration office.
