Archana Shukla Appointed as New Director of IIM Lucknow
Professor Archana Shukla has been appointed as the new Director of IIM Lucknow. She is one among the few women directors of IIMs (Indian Institutes of Management) across the country.
A new appointment has been made at IIM Lucknow. Professor Archana Shukla has assumed the charge as the Director of IIM Lucknow. She is one among the few women directors of IIMs (Indian Institutes of Management) across the country. Professor Archana Shukla has been working as a professor of Organizational Behavior in the HRM group of IIM Lucknow. She has a wide experience in the field of management education, and IIM Lucknow is hoping to experience significant changes in the administration.
Professor Archana Shukla has over 28 years of experience in teaching and research. She authored some books and research papers in the management domain.
IIT Kanpur awarded a Ph.D. degree in Organizational Behavior to Professor Archana Shukla. From 2015-17, she held the position as Chairperson of Dr. Iswar Dayal Chair for Futuristic Issues in Behavioral Sciences.
Apart from academic and research responsibilities, Professor Archana Shukla conducts management development sessions on different aspects such as General Management and Developing a Strategic Mindset, Managerial Effectiveness and Team Building. The management development sessions conducted by Professor Archana Shukla focuses on building management-related skills and qualities in students and budding entrepreneurs.
