As a part of his interaction with students, Mr. Kejriwal advised students to run after passion and not money. He said that Instead of aspiring to make it to higher positions at earlier stages of the career, budding engineers should have a strong passion and commitment. A passion-driven career will ultimately lead to success and wealth, he highlighted.

Mr. Kejriwal further explained that all the great people who have made money in life did not run after money. Instead, they focused on their goals. Their strong commitment towards the career objectives gave them not only success but also wealth. People who are in top positions now were driven by passion, commitment, self-confidence and courage in the early stages of their career, he added.
