Karnataka PGCET MBA Admission 2023 is being done based on the Karnataka PGCET entrance exam. Karnataka PGCET 2023 is a common entrance exam conducted by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) for admission to the various MBA offering colleges in Karnataka. The Karnataka PGCET counselling 2023 is ongoing. The option entry for the first round is being conducted from January 16 to January 20, 2024. Candidates need to fulfill the eligibility criteria to apply for Karnataka PGCET MBA admission. The minimum eligibility criteria for Karnataka PGCET MBA is stated below:
Full-Time MBA
- Candidates must have completed a bachelor's degree or any other equivalent qualification recognized by AICTE/ UGC.
- Candidates must have completed graduation with at least 50% marks in all subjects.
- Candidates belonging to any of the ST, ST, or Category-I of Karnataka must have scored at least 45% marks in the qualifying examination.
Part-Time MBA
- Candidates looking for part-time MBA admission must have completed a bachelor's degree from any recognized institute approved by AICTE/ UGC
- Candidates must have scored at least 50% marks in the degree program.
- Candidates belonging to any of the ST, ST, or Category-I of Karnataka must have scored at least 45% marks in the qualifying examination.
- Those candidates who are looking for admission in part-time MBA must have work experience of at least 3 years as of July 2023.
Eligibility Criteria for PGCET MBA Government Seats for Karnataka State candidates
- Candidates must have studied in one or more government or private institutions situated in Karnataka.
- The total number of academic years should be at least 7, starting from standard 1 to the qualifying examination as of July 1, 2023.
