DIPLOMA IN ELEMENTARY EDUCATION (D.EL.ED) :

• Eligibility : The candidate who wishes to apply for D.EL.ED should have graduate with minimum 50% marks in any discipline

BACHELOR OF EDUCATION (B.ED) : 

To be eligible for the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree, candidates must have successfully completed a Bachelor's degree from this University or an equivalent degree from a recognized University with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks. The candidate should have studied subjects relevant to the secondary/higher secondary level as per the State Government's requirements. There is a relaxation in the minimum percentage of marks for candidates from reserved categories. Additionally, candidates must have completed their Bachelor's degree examination prior to applying for admission to the B.Ed. program.

MASTER OF EDUCATION (M.ED)

Upon completing a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) program, individuals have the option to pursue a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree. M.Ed. is a specialized program designed to cultivate professional skills, enhance knowledge, and provide hands-on research experiences for aspiring teacher educators.

The M.Ed. the program spans two academic years, divided into four semesters. Each year, a total of 35 students are admitted to the program, and the seat distribution among different states/union territories is determined annually. The government of India regulations will be followed to allocate seats for ST/SC/OBC/PH categories. Candidates interested in M.Ed. admission must have successfully completed a 2-year B.Ed. program.

The library is managed by a team of highly qualified professionals, led by a Chief Librarian, along with other competent staff members. 

CANTEEN & CAFE : The campus features a clean, well-furnished, and well-equipped cafeteria that offers affordable meals for both staff and students. Serving as the central hub of student activities, the cafeteria provides a vibrant atmosphere for socializing. Additionally, a separate dining hall is provided for day scholars. The canteen offers an extensive selection of hot and cold food and beverages during recess and lunchtime, ensuring a diverse range of healthy options are available.

HOSTEL FACILITY : In the center of each block, there is a square area that houses well-maintained badminton courts with high-quality turf. Some blocks also feature lawns within the square. Each hostel block includes a common room where students can enjoy various amenities such as wall-mounted televisions, table-tennis tables, and games like carrom and chess. The common room serves as a hub for social gatherings, parties, and informal discussions. Additionally, each block is equipped with fully automatic washing machines for the convenience of the residents. On each floor, you will find amenities like landline phones, water coolers, and water purifiers.

MEDICAL FACILITY : To look into routine medical problems of the students, our college has separate M.I. room. A qualified Pediatrician has been engaged in each M.I. room, to look into the daily medical problems of the students, if any. There is an arrangement of a proper bed in each M.I. room for the students to take rest after being given treatment. Medical camps are organized to bring awareness to students about good health practices. Besides keeping themselves physically and mentally fit, our students are taken to places, particularly our villages, to create awareness amongst the people who are not much aware about various dangerous diseases prevalent in our country.

SPORT FACILITY : The campus provides a conducive environment for students to develop their personality and maintain good health. It offers a comprehensive range of sports facilities, ensuring that all students have access to sporting activities. Additionally, we have a campus LAN and a dedicated Learning Management System that facilitates student discussions on academic topics, online assignment submissions, access to class notes, and specially designed learning resources. Students can also make use of reference materials and digital libraries through these platforms.
