The Mesco Institute of Management and Computer Sciences (MIMCS) proffers MBA, MCA courses. The college was established in 1993, is managed by the Muslim Education Social and Cultural Organization. The Institute was established to uplift the educational circumstances of the Muslim Community. Affiliated to the Osmania University, it is recognized by the AICTE, and stands duly approved by the APSCHE, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh and also accredited by NAAC. The Institute strives to provide and inculcate in students the professionalism that is required in the business world today. They intend to build a student’s character and help students to become better individuals. The Institute has made continuous efforts to make sure the students don’t experience any kind of shortcomings regarding their studies and teaching methodology. MESCO is committed for the cause of education. The college have chain of teaching institution covering KG to PG courses. MESCO has carved a niche for itself among the various  Socio – educational organization of Hyderabad for its commitment and splendid service to the community in general and Musilims in  particular. It runs schools and colleges, organizes camps and lectures on health awareness, conducts coaching classes for secondary students and has played a noble role in the rehabilitation of earth quake devastated Gujarat in 2001 and Human Riots in Gujarat during 2002.
