MAH MBA CET Rank List 2025: Check Provisional & Final Rank Lists for All India and Maharashtra

The MAH MBA CET rank list 2025 will be released after the MAH MBA CET 2025 counselling registration process and document verification are concluded, tentatively in the month of July/August 2025 . After the first rank list is announced, also known as the provisional merit list, the exam conducting authorities will accept the submission of grievances, post which a final rank list or the final merit list will be released, based on which the MAH MBA CET Common Admission Process will be conducted. If your name appears in the rank list, you will be eligible for seat allotment through the counselling process based on your position on the rank list.

The MAH MBA CET rank list 2025 will be released in two phases. Once the counselling registration is concluded and the document verification is complete, the provisional rank list will be released. You will be able to check the MAH MBA CET rank list 2025 once it is released by the State CET Cell, Maharashtra. The rank list will be released on the official website of MAH MBA CET CAP, as it is a part of the counselling process. You may check the steps mentioned below to learn how to check the MAH MBA CET 2025 rank list:

• Step 1: First, you must visit the official MAH MBA CAP portal at mba2025.mahacet.org.in/cetmba25/mba25.
• Step 2: Once on the homepage, you must find the provisional and final merit list link for Maharashtra State and All India candidates, whichever is released. You will find the links to both the merit lists under the ‘Online System’ column.
• Step 3: Once you have located the rank/meirt list, you must click on the merit list link you wish to view.
• Step 4: A new window will be opened where the MAH MBA CET rank list/merit list PDF will be displayed on your screen.
• Step 5: If you are viewing the provisional merit list, you must check all the details and contact the authorities if you find any discrepancies. If you are checking the final merit list, you must check your rank and subsequent details. In both cases, you must download the merit list in PDF format for future reference.

How is MAH MBA CET Rank List Prepared?

The MAH MBA CET rank list is prepared based on various factors, the primary of which is the candidates who register for the MAH MBA CET counselling process and their MAH MBA CET results , which were announced on May 29, 2025, or rank in the exam. To understand how you are positioned on the MAH MBA CET rank list, you must understand how it is prepared.

• Assignment of Merit Number: Every candidate who has completed the MAH MBA CET CAP registration on or before the last date for Admission through CAP shall be assigned a merit number.
• Change of Marks Due to Verification: If your marks in the MBA CET exam or any other qualifying examination are modified, the Competent Authority for admission must be notified by CAP or its designated representatives before 5 p.m. on the day of the final merit list display.
• Method of Calculating Marks in Qualifying Examination for Determining Eligibility: While deciding the eligibility of the candidates, the following procedure shall be adopted:
  • In order to determine eligibility, the percentage of marks will be rounded to the nearest integer. For example, if the percentage of marks is between 54.50% and 54.99%, it will be rounded to 55%, and if it is between 54.01% and 54.49%, it will be rounded to 54%.
  • When submitting your application, you must include a certificate from the relevant Competent Authority or Board attesting to the conversion of letter grades into equivalent marks, if you were awarded at the SSC, HSC, Diploma, Bachelor of Science, or an equivalent exam. Equivalent marks will be used to determine eligibility.
  • Only the marks from the most recent exam will be taken into account if you retake the qualifying exam with all subjects.
  • The class of degree that is awarded is determined by the grades or marks.
• With the caveat that, should there be a tie, the candidates' relative merits will be decided using the methodology outlined below and the order of preference.
  • Higher percentage of marks in HSC or Diploma
  • Higher percentage of marks in SSC
  • Higher marks in the Science subject in SSC
    • Higher marks in the Mathematics subject in SSC
  • Higher marks in English in SSC
