The School of Law Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM), Visakhapatnam invites applications for admission to 3 years Bachelor of Law (LL.B), Bachelor of Business Administration LL.B (BBA+LL.B) honours programs and 5 years integrated Bachelor of Arts LL.B (B.A+LL.B) honours programs for the academic year 2016.
Eligibility Criteria for-
Integrated LL.B Programs:
Candidate belonging to general category who have cleared their 12th examination with no less than 50% marks in aggregate and for candidates belonging to reserved Category it is 45% marks.
Candidates awaiting their final examination may also apply .
LL.B Program:
Candidates belonging to general category who have cleared their graduation with 45% marks in aggregate and for the reserved category, it is 40% aggregate marks.
Those who have cleared their B.F.A and cleared their graduates from any distance mode education are not eligible for the programme.
Candidates awaiting their results are also eligible to apply.
How to Apply-
Candidates can obtain the application form from the website of the University. Fill-in the applications along with copies of certificates along with demand draft of Rs.700/-. For the female candidates, it is Rs.500/-) drawn in favour of the Director, School of Law, GITAM University on any scheduled bank payable at Visakhapatnam. They should send it to the Director, School of Law, GITAM University, Rushikonda, Visakhapatnam-530 045, A.P.
Selection Procedure-
Those who have cleared their LSAT-India and CLAT-2016 are eligible for admission.
